The Study Abroad Office Mission:
The Mission of the IUPUI Study Abroad Office is to enhance all students' cross-cultural experiences. As societies become increasingly interconnected and the world's need for responsible global citizens grows, it is essential for students across all disciplines, education levels, and personal backgrounds to experience the world beyond the walls of our university and the boundaries of their home country.
We strive to meet the individual goals and interests of students by offereing a range of study abroad programs that vary by length, language, location, discipline, and pedagogy. Particular emphasis is placed on international service learning as a means for students to establish a deep connection with and understanding of their host community.
